Q: I have dietary requirements – what do I do?
A: Please note any dietary requirements with your RSVP.

Q: Oops, I missed the RSVP cutoff, can I still come?
A: Unfortunately, we have to provide numbers to our venue in advance. Late RSVPs cannot be accommodated.

Q: Can I bring a plus one? Are the kids invited?
A: Due to venue limitations, we are only able to invite our closest friends and family. All those invited will be specified on the invitation.

Q: Will we be indoors or outdoors?
A: Our ceremony and reception will be held indoors in air-conditioned comfort, so you can relax and enjoy the celebrations. Cocktail hour will take place on the Verandah

Q: What do I wear?
A: We are requesting all our guest to wear the colour BLACK. Formal, Black-Tie optional is the code! See the Dress Code page for some inspo pics!

Q: Where are all the days events being held?
A: From ceremony to reception, we will be celebrating on the beautiful grounds at White Barn, 290 Old North Road, Pokolbin NSW.

Q: What time should I arrive?
A: We ask that you please arrive at 2:30pm. The bride will be running down the aisle at 3pm sharp.

Q: What would you like as a gift?
A: If you wish to give us a gift, we’d truley appreciate a monetary contribution towards our future together.

Q: Can I leave my car at the White Barn overnight?
A: Yes, you may! Your vehicle must be collected between 9-9:30am the following morning.

Q: How do I get to and from the venue?
A: We recommend arranging transportation to and from the venue if you plan on celebrating with a drink or five.

The local taxi service, Digger’s Shuttles, have limited availability on Saturday nights.
We have organised a charter bus for drop offs/pick ups with stops at Oaks Cyprus Lake and Maitland Train Station for $35pp. Seats are limited so please let us know if you are interested.

Q: Where should I stay?
A: There are many beutiful and affordable options locally in Pokolbin. We recommend staying at the Oaks, Cypress Lakes if you wish to utilise the charter bus service.

Q: What time does this thing finish?
A: 11pm is when we all need to exit the venue! Kick-ons anyone?
