The Ceremony
We can’t wait to say “I do” in the stunning Chapel at White Barn!
We recommend arriving between 2:30–2:45pm to find a park, grab a seat, or pick the perfect spot to stand—because the bride will be making her way down the aisle at 3pm sharp.
After the ceremony, we’ll be soaking up the moment with portraits outside the beautiful chapel, so stick around for some smiles and celebrations before the festivities continue!
Cocktail Hour
After the “I dos,” take a short stroll from the chapel to the Verandah of the White Barn and kick off the celebrations with cocktail hour from 4pm! Enjoy delicious canapés, sip on your favourite drinks, and soak in the atmosphere as the tunes start pumping to set the vibe for the night.
Get competitive (or just have a laugh) with lawn games while you mingle. Drinks will be available for purchase from 4pm, with the bar tab kicking off at 4:30pm—so grab a glass, relax, and get ready for an unforgettable evening ahead!
The Reception
At 5:45pm, it’s time to head inside the White Barn for a night to remember! We’ll start by cutting the cake, followed by a delicious sit-down dinner and some heartfelt (and no doubt hilarious) speeches. Then, it’s straight to the D-floor to dance the night away! So bring your best moves and get ready for an epic night of love, laughter, and endless fun.
Dress Code - BLACK
We kindly request all guests to wear the colour BLACK for our special day. The dress code is formal, black tie optional—think suits or tuxedos for the gents and elegant dresses or formal attire for the ladies.

Getting There
Parking is available on site. Vehicles left overnight must be collected between 9 – 9:30am the following morning as the venue is locked overnight

The local taxi company is Digger’s Shuttles. Please note the availability of taxi’s on Saturday night is limited and everyone must exit the venue at 11pm. Ubers are non-existent in the Hunter Valley.
